THE STORY
Why Tasmania
Ryan didn't come to Tasmania to run tours. He came for the wilderness — the dolerite cliffs, the empty beaches, the rainforest gullies that haven't changed in 40,000 years.
After enough seasons walking the trails himself, the obvious next step was sharing them. He earned his Wilderness First Aid certification, trained on AED defibrillator use, and registered Aurora Chaser as a fully licensed Tasmanian operator.
Today, he leads small private groups in Mandarin, Cantonese, or English — weaving local history, geology, and Aboriginal heritage into every stop along the way.

Aurora Chaser Tours Tasmania is a registered Australian company holding accredited commercial passenger transport, full commercial vehicle insurance, and AUD 20 million public liability cover. A first-aid kit travels in the vehicle on every route.

Room to stand, room to spread out, and a group small enough that nobody waits on anybody. On multi-day routes that cross the island, the vehicle stops being a detail and starts being most of the day.

Service fee included · Airport transfer included
Park entries, ferries, admissions and the driver-guide's service fee are built into a single rate, and nothing is expected at the end of the day. Arrivals landing in Hobart before 9 AM are collected from the airport at no extra charge.
